After creating an NCR, you may need to edit it, either to add more information or to correct an error.
To edit an NCR, it must NOT have been published. If it is published, you need to make it private before you can edit it.
Notes:
- An NCR by default is private unless you have published it.
- Turning on "Limit Ncr View to Published" under Roles - Authority will limit users' view to published NCRs only.
1. Navigate to the NCR register and right-click on the relevant NCR. Click Access, then select 'Make Private".
2. Alternatively, you can use the 'Action on Selection' menu option on the right panel to select the same.
3. Once the NCR is made private, you can open it to edit.
