Before we can start the setup of your integration between CivilPro and Ineight, you'll need to complete the following:
- Ensure the owner of the Ineight instance has made the API available
- Create a user account for CivilPro, and provide login details to CivilPro
- Ensure the CivilPro user account has access to the Lots module
- Ensure at least one Lot Type has been setup, and that CivilPro has access to the Lot Types (required for testing)
- Agree with your Project Administrator what Configuration Tables will be mapped to CivilPro, specifically noting mappings to the following CivilPro registers (if required):
-
- Work Types
- Area Codes
- Control Lines
-
To note, any data in Ineight Configuration Tables can be mapped automatically to custom registers in CivilPro, but it is important that you decide which Ineight Configuration tables will be referenced from your QA data in CivilPro.
