User Level: Administration
The main project settings handles a number of functions. The most common function it provides is the ability to swap between projects.
This section covers the following functions:
The Explore page is a simple introduction to Civil Pro Cloud. Highlighted below are the Take the Tour, Settings and New Project functions. Take the Tour is an interactive guide to learning Civil Pro Cloud's features. Settings lets you personalise your Civil Pro Cloud experience and Project Takes you to the create new Project Page.
The smaller boxes below redirects to this help desk so you can learn more but it also has some of the getting started functions that new users need.
The Project Pages let you search through the project you have in Civil Pro Cloud. Each Page has a slightly different method of grouping to give you lots of options in searching for projects.
The Project Page displays all of the Projects you have access to. This list is displayed alphabetically.
Search lets you Search for Projects by Project Name. This is a very quick way to find a project that you haven't used for a while.
Recent Displays the 10 last projects you accessed.
Completed Projects are projects that are past their completion date and Marked as Inactive by the User. Generally Completed Projects will not be accessed but this page allows you to see projects that have been completed or mark them as active so you can edit them again.
The Team Page shows Users that are paid for by the Civil Pro Cloud Subscription. This is the best place to manage Users from. If you want to manage access users have to particular project you should go here.
Collaborators (External Users)
Collaborators are Users from other Civil Pro Cloud Subscriptions that you have invited to your project. Learn more about how Collaborators work here.
Project Settings are unique to each project in Civil Pro Cloud. These pages will give you an overview of the special functions the settings regulate. They are accessed from the Account Module Settings Option.
The Subscription Page lets you review your subscription information. This is only available to Administration Users.
The Quality Assurance Control Settings hold a lot of functionality that can really change how a project is run. From custom Lot numbers to Project specific Special Access this is the place to be.
