We need to add/remove users. How will that be billed?

CivilPro is available as an annual plan.

Payment is by invoice. At the end of your term a renewal invoice will be sent 1 month prior to renewal.

Adding seats

We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new user pack for the remainder of the current billing period:

Your CivilPro account will have an anniversary date (12 months from purchase). If you add seats during the term, the price of the extra seats will be calculated by our team and will include a prorated discount.

For example, if you add 5 seats 6 months into your 12 month term, the cost to add the additional seats will be reduced by 50% (as you are half way through your term).

Removing seats

If you want to remove users, any reductions in price will take affect at the start of the next billing period:

If you would like to remove seats, please let our team know prior to your renewal date, so our team can amend the renewal invoice with your reduced seat count.
