Administrators can re-activate a user who has previously been marked inactive.
1. On the left panel in the main menu, click on “Team”.
2. Click on the "Search" icon on the right panel and select "All" for both "Inactive Users" and "User Level".
Look for the name of the user to re-activate in the list. Right-click on the user to see the drop-down options, and select "Mark User Active".
