You must be an Administrator to be able to add a role.
User Roles define the level and types of permission to which each user is assigned. Each CivilPro system has two default roles:
- Project Admin - can perform all functions (including assigning/managing users) for a specific project
- Project User – can perform all functions in a project except for user management / project administration (including data transfer) / deleting records
In addition to these two default roles, you can create additional roles with specific permissions to view and approve records. Roles should be added before you start adding users as every new user must be assigned a role to login to a project.
