Use Groups (for Addressees) V11

Once groups have been created under a project, they are ready to be used to send your approvals or contract notices.

1. Using Groups to send approvals

a) In the "Request Approval" dialog box, click on the "People" icon.

b) Select the relevant group from the list displayed

c) The names of the users in the group will appear in the "Addressees" field.

Notes: If the box for "Show only users that can approve" is ticked, only the users who can approve will appear.

You can also select a group to copy your approval at "CC".

2. Using groups to send Contract Notices

In the "Notice To" field, click on the "People" icon to select the relevant group.
