Mark a Project as Completed

The Administrator or the Project Manager can mark a project as 'Completed' to remove it from the active project register. The project will be moved to to the 'Completed' folder and can be activated and moved back to the active register easily, if required.

1) On the project register, right click on the relevant project, then select 'Mark this Project as Completed' from the dropdown list.

2) The project is now in the 'Completed" folder which can be accessed via the link on the right panel.

3) In the event that you need to reactivate the project, go to the 'Completed' folder, right-click on the project and click 'Activate this Project'.

4) Before marking a project as completed, it is good practice to enter the end date which will be displayed on your project register. 

a) Click on the wheel icon under the 'Settings' column parallel to the project in question.

  b) In the 'Scheduled End Date' field, enter the project end date and click 'Save'.

      Note : You can always change this date, if required.
