Many of the CivilPro Cloud Registers allow you to link information between registers by using Related Item Selectors. Related Item Selectors are accessed from the Related Items Tab in the Action Menu, from the "plus" icon from the relevant data type. The icons are highlighted below. You must have only one item selected in the Register so that you can access the Related Items Selectors.
The Non Conformance Report Selector looks like the image below. This is a standard Selector for CivilPro Cloud. Selectors are dependent on the context they were opened in. For Instance, this is Non Conformance Report Selector. It looks exactly the same whether it is opened from the Lot Register or the Filestore. The Selector knows where it was opened from so that all you have to do is select the NCR you want to add to the selected record in the register you were previously working on. After Selecting the NCRs you want to add to the Lot (in this case) you simply click save and CivilPro Cloud will make the correct connection between the Selected Lot and any number of selected NCRs.
