It is essential that you have the latest CivilPro desktop version installed so you have access to all the up-to-date features on the desktop application. The current version is Version : 13.126.1.657
1) You can easily check your desktop version on the sign in screen as shown below:
2) Alternatively, if you are already signed in, you can check the version on the top menu bar as shown below :
3) You can always download the latest CivilPro Desktop installation here. If you have previously installed an earlier version, you'll need to uninstall that first.
Your CivilPro desktop should auto-update itself whenever there is an update to the application. However, if for some reasons, it is not auto-updating itself, please refer to this FAQ article to resolve.
