Notify Results (D)

Once the result for a Test Request is ready, the Tester can notify the Requester of the result via CivilPro.

Note: The Administrator has to set up the role and invite the Tester to become a User. This would have been done when the Test Request notification was sent to the tester.

1. Navigate to the Test Request register.

2a. If you have your results ready as a document, you can upload it to the Filestore  and have it linked to your Test Request first before sending the notification.   

Click on the "Views"  tab , then "Show Related".  On the right panel, under "Properties", double click on "Filestore Docs".

2b. Click on the "New Filestore Doc" tab at the bottom of the Filestore Selector dialog box, then select the document from where you have saved it on your computer. Follow the prompts to upload and link it to your Test Request.

2c. Under Filestore Docs, you can see the Test Results document is now linked to your Test Request.

3. Under the Operations tab, click on "Notify Result" on the top toolbar. Ensure the relevant test request is still selected.

4. The email will automatically attach the document that you have uploaded to the Filestore and linked to your Test Request. In addition a PDF copy of the Test Request is also attached.

You can attach more documents by clicking on the "+" sign next to " Attachments".

Click "Send".

5. The Test Requester will receive an email to advise them that there is a new upload to the Test Request.
