CivilPro offers many options to filter, search and group data in your registers including:

1a) Item Search / Advanced Search

This is found on the menu on the right panel of the register.

1b) The Advanced Search option allows you to set multiple levels of filters, for example,  Lot Numbers contains EVG and are Conformed ( leave date field blank to include all Conformed lots).

2) Grid Filter Options

a) Grid Sorting By Column

Grids can be sorted by clicking on the column header. The arrow next to the column indicates the sort direction (up for ascending). The inverted pyramid allows you to filter the items in that column (much like the Excel filter).

b) You can also right-click on the column header to access the menu for filtering options. These include column chooser where you can add columns to your register by dragging them to your header and filter row which allows you to search for items in a column.

3) Grid Grouping

Most of the CivilPro Cloud Data Grids have the ability to group data by any of the column headers. You can tell if a Grid can group data by checking if it has the highlighted marker in the screenshot below. Data can be grouped by clicking and dragging the column header to the Grid Toolbar.
