What is the CivilPro Dashboard?
The CivilPro Dashboard is available on both the Web App and Desktop. It tracks key metrics from your project and displays them as charts for your quick viewing. It is easily accessible from your project menu and provides four key metrics from five registers.
The five registers are:
- Lot Register
- NCR Register
- Test Request Register
- Survey Request Register
- Approval Register
Within each register, you can view a summary of four key metrics displayed as charts:
- Status ( either specific or in total) by setting your desired Cutoff date
- Activity ( track changes to each status from month to month)
- Status at EOM (view the totals of each status at the end of each month)
- User (track activity based on each user)

What is the purpose of the CivilPro Dashboard?
It is a handy tool for providing a quick pulse check on the progress of your projects. At a glance, you’ll be able to tell the percentage of the register items that are still open, closed, approved, etc., and to track the progress of your Lots, NCRs, Test Requests, Survey Requests and Approvals.
You can also set a specific period e.g. last week, last month or custom, to show only data for that period. The statistics are presented in charts so you can easily tell if there is any bottleneck in your workflows, and quickly identify which period and area of concern that needs addressing.
Limitations of CivilPro Dashboard
The CivilPro Dashboard is designed for a quick pulse check on your projects and uses key metrics from the five main registers to help you quickly identify areas of concern that may require further investigation. It pulls live status from the items on your register, as they're being updated so you can be assured that the statistics are up-to-date with the latest progress of your project.
However, it does not include detailed data from each register such as the breakdown of approvals to Hold Point, Witness Point, NCR, etc, or the actions relating to each approval e.g. manually approved, internal approval requested, etc. For these granular information, go directly to the register where you can use the filters and custom view functions to show the data that you want to view.
