This only applies if the NCR is related to an inspection item of an ITP. Hence, not all NCRs need to be attached to an inspection item of an ITP in a checklist.
Before an NCR can be attached to a checklist inspection point, the checklist must be created by attaching the ITP to the relevant Lot.

1. Navigate to the Checklist register.
2. Double click on the Checklist of the Lot that relates to the NCR
Tip: If you have many Checklists in your register, use filters to help you identify the Checklist. Make sure you click "Apply" after you select your filter options to apply your filters.
3. Click on the "Enable Editing" icon on the bottom toolbar. Select the relevant Inspection item and in the same row, click on the cell under the "NCR" column.
Click on the small arrow in the cell and select the NCR to be linked from the dropdown list.
4. Click on the "Refresh Data" icon on the bottom toolbar. Your Inspection item will be highlighted in red with the linked NCR.
