The emails that have been sent for approvals, test and survey requests are automatically registered in the Email Log. Here, you can view and monitor the emails that have been sent out to Approvers and Testers. You can also view the responses from Approvers if they have actioned the approvals.
1. Navigate to "Email Log", under Document Management.
2. When you select an email on the register, its related item will be displayed on the right panel under "Related Items". Double-click on the related item to view its details.
3. You can also see here if the approvers have responded to your requests. Double-click on the email to view its contents.
