Notify Result (for Test Request)

Once the result for a Test Request is ready, the Tester can notify the Requester of the result via CivilPro. If you, the Requestor, would prefer to have the opportuntiy to review the expected test result before it is visible to external Roles, consider applying the 'Limit Test Request View to Completed’ toggle in the Authority tab of external Roles.

Please note that the Administrator has to set up the role and invite the Tester to become a User or Associate User first. This would have been done when the Test Request notification was sent to the tester.
