The emails that have been sent for approvals, test and survey requests are automatically registered in the Email Log. Here, you can view and monitor the emails that have been sent out to Approvers and Testers. You can also view the responses from Approvers if they have actioned the approvals.
1. Under Document Management, select “Email Log”.
2. To view what Approvals or Test Request the email is associated with, select the email and then, click on the “Chain” link on the right panel.
3. You can also see here if the approvers have responded to your requests.
Note: For responses to Test Requests, go to the Test Requests register(Quality Assurance>Test Requests).
4a. You can also enable the filter row to filter your register. Click on the inverted triangle icon on the top right corner, then "Show Filter Row".
4b. Enter the relevant values in the chosen column to filter your search.
