The Lot Register offers many report options, both for periodic reporting or at completion to create a handover package of your project for all Lots.
The following reports can be generated from the Lot Register:
- Conformance Report
- Quantity Sheet
- Measure Up Sheet
- Conformance Declaration
- Lot Register Report
- Lot Summary

Instructions
1. Under Quality Assurance, select “Lot Register”.
2. Select the relevant Lots from the register. You can select more than one Lot at a time ("Ctrl" + Select).
3. Go to the "Reports" tab. Here, you can select your report options to download or print as PDF copies.
Customize Lot Conformance Report
4a. There are two options to customize the Lot Conformance Report. For a quick and easy customization, on the Reports tab, click on "Conformance Report".
4b. On the report viewer, select the "Conformance Options" tab, and tick the options that you want on your report and click "Update".
4c. For a full report customization, on the Print Preview tab, click on "Customize". The Custom Report designer box will open with all the tools to modify the report.
Generate a Lot Summary
5a.The Lot Summary provides a way to create a report showing all the records (e.g. Non-Conformance Report, Checklist, Test Request, Approvals, etc) associated with a Lot including attached Lot documents. This is available on a lot-by-lot basis.
You can select one lot or multiple lots at a time. However, when multiple lots are selected, the list will display the types of records rather than actual records for a specific lot. Also, the reports for multiple lot selection downloaded will be contained in zip files.
To go to Lot Summary, click on the "Operations" tab, after you have selected your lot/s.
5b. Select the reports that you want to generate by ticking the boxes next to the Doc Name. Click “Preview” for single lot selection (Fig 5b.i ) to view or download, or save to a folder for multiple lot selection (Fig 5b.ii).

Build a Conformance Folio
As your project progresses, it will be useful to compile and sort all your lot documentation into folders respective to the lots. This is done by building a Conformance Folio.
6a. After selecting one or more lots, under the Operations tab, click on "Build Conformance Folio".
6b. Under the "Path to build Folio" field, select the folder location to save your PDF files. Select the options ( see below) and click "OK".
Options:
- None - This option generates the Lot register report, the Conformance report and all the reports of the items ( e.g. Approvals, Checklists, etc ) that are referenced by the selected lot/s. The related item reports will be found in individual item folders within the lot folder.
- Related - This option generates the Lot register report, the Conformance report and all the reports of the items ( e.g. Approvals, Checklists, etc ) that are referenced by the lot, plus all the other register reports with items that have been referenced by the selected lot/s. In addition, individual top folders of the items that have been referenced by the lot will also be created.
- All - This option generates all the reports including the register reports showing all the items in each register even though they are not related to the selected lot/s.
