Photo Register

 

What is the Photo Register?
The Photo Register is a register for all your photos and images relevant to your project. You can upload your photos directly here or you can use the camera feature on the register to take a photo from your computer or mobile and upload it directly.

What are the purposes of the Photos Register?
The Photo Register serves as a repository of all the images that you can use for your project and they can be linked to other related items such as Checklist, Lots, Variations and Non-Conformances (NCRs).

Tips for Users
• The maximum file size for each file is 50Mb.
• You also have the option to use the camera feature on CivilPro Cloud.
• When linking Photos to a Checklist item , you have to do it from the Checklist register as you need to navigate to the specific item under each Checklist.
• Generally speaking, the Photos register is designed to store images and pictures. If you are uploading other types of documents such as Word, Drawings, etc. you can use the Filestore register under Document Management.
