What are Contract Notices?
Contract Notices are standard project communications that you frequently send to your contractors, clients, etc. In CivilPro, many types of contract notices can be set up such as :
- Notice of Variation
- Request For Information
- Corrective Action Request
- Quality and Financial Data Communications
What are the purposes of the Contract Notice?
If you are frequently sending email notices with the same kind of information that are linked to Lots, Variations, Approvals, Photos, etc, using Contract Notice templates will save you a lot of time and help you manage your project communication efficiently.
The Contract Notice register maintains in order all the contract notices sent for your project, allowing users to easily check and retrieve all contract notices when required.
How to Set Up?
There are two parts involved in setting up a contract notice. First, you need to set up the template based on the type of contract notice that you are sending. For example, if you are sending a Notice of Variation, then you will need to set up a standard template for this purpose.
