If users need to access all the projects in a database with consistent permission levels, the Administrator can link their role under 'Global Roles' instead of a specific project.
Please note that a Global Role with Access permission "Add" for Project Administration will be able to create a new project. For best practice, this permission should be reserved for administrators only. See User Roles.
Instructions:
1. Select the relevant project, and navigate to 'Team' on the left panel. Select the relevant user and click on the icon on the right panel.
2. Click on the icon next to the user's Global Roles. This will be at the top of the column.
3. Select an appropriate role from the list and click 'Save'.
4. You can now see that the user has been assigned a Global Role.
