Monitor Checklist Progress across all Checklists

The Checklist Progress tool offers users an additional option from the ITP register to view and monitor the progress of all Checklists created from an ITP across all Lots.

Instructions :

1. Navigate to “Spec and Conformance”, then “Specifications (ITP)”. Click on the ITP to open it:

2. With the selected ITP open, navigate to Checklist Progress in the Global Action menu:

3. The below Checklist Progress view will appear. Features as below:

1. ITP selector (must refresh using Get Status Matrix to see revised ITP)
2. Revision selector for the ITP. Uncofnormed Only checkbox selects whether you want to display conformed Lots
3. Toggles for items displayed in grid:
   1. Row Check Type - what Checklist line items you want displayed
   2. Level - what level of approval of each item you want shown (Check / Verify / Approve columns on Checklist)
4. Get Status Matrix refreshes data after toggles / selectors have been modified
5. Corresponding Checklists that match filters, ordered newest to oldest by default
   1. Click Lot / Checklist / Approval hyperlink to open it
6. Inspection details related to the columns shown in the above register

Click Export to Excel for a structured Excel export.
