Prior to this workflow, the checklist must be created by attaching the ITP to the Lot.
Note: You will require access and authority to check and verify Checklist (inspection points) as assigned by your CivilPro Administrator.
Attach ITP to Lots (Checklists)
1. Under Quality Assurance, select “Checklists”
2. Click on the selected Lot/ ITP, to view the inspection items.
3. If you have been authorized to check and verify the inspection items, you can proceed to tick the checkboxes as you go through your inspections according to the list. Click "Save".
4. To print a PDF copy of an electronic checklist or a field complete checklist, click on the “Printer” icon on the right panel. Select “Electronic Checklist” or “Field Complete Checklist” to download and print.
a) The Electronic Checklist is printed to show the current status of the checklist and is primarily used for distribution or record-keeping (Fig 4a and 4a-E1).
b) The Field Complete Checklist is printed for completion and signed off by the responsible persons on the hard copy. It has a section for signing off by the Responsible Officer and Verifying Authority which is excluded in the Electronic Checklist (Fig 4b and 4b-E2).
