Re-activate a User

Administrators can re-activate users who were previously marked inactive by following these steps: 

 

1. Navigate to the Team section using the main menu on the left panel.

2. Click the Search icon on the right panel to access the user filter options.

3. In the filter options, select All for both Inactive Users and User Level to ensure all personnel are displayed.

4. Locate the required user in the list and Right-click on their name.

5. Select Mark User Active from the resulting drop-down menu.
