Your users may have forgotten their usernames and are unable to sign in to CivilPro. As CivilPro Administrator, you can help them retrieve their username.
Note: If the user has also forgotten the password, they can use the Forgot Password option on the sign in screen to reset their password once they enter their username.
Instructions:
1. Go to Team, then click on the user in question.
2. The Username is shown below, encircled in red.
3. You can also add the 'Username' column to the Team register.
Right-click on the headline toolbar to open the dropdown menu. Next, click on 'Column Chooser' on the list.
4. Click-hold and drag the tab 'Username' to the register.
5. You can now see the Username column on your register.
Note: You can save this view as your custom view. See "Set Up and save Custom Views Register".
