Add Existing Users to an Existing Project

To give an existing user access to another project, there's no need to send an invite – just link them to the project. Next time they sign in, they'll see the project with the Role you assign.

Please note this process does not apply to new users who have never been invited to CivilPro. For adding new users, please see Add (Invite) Users.

Instructions:

1) Click on Team on the Project Register page.

2) Click to select the user in question.  Please note that you can add only one user at a time. To assign a role to several users at once, use Bulk Assign Role in the Team screen.
