Attach NCR to a Checklist Inspection Point

Link an existing NCR to a checklist inspection item to track non-conformances directly against ITP requirements.

Prerequisite: The Checklist must already exist (ITP attached to Lot) and the NCR must be created.

Instructions:

1. Navigate to Quality Assurance > Checklists. 

   

2. Open the relevant Checklist, then click the specific Inspection Item to view its details.

   

3. In the Non-conformance field dropdown, select the relevant NCR and click Save.

   

4. The Inspection Item will highlight in Red to indicate the active NCR linkage.
