What is a Checklist ?
A Checklist is a set of specifications that has been linked to a specific Lot, and is used as a field document to be completed and signed off, allowing hold point/witness points to be released and ensuring all work are completed according to the specifications of the contract.
What are the purposes of the Checklist Register?
The checklist register displays all the checklists that have been created for your project and their status. In the register, you can generate different types of checklists e.g. field or electronic checklist, based on your requirements.
You can also update the status of your checklist as they progress, and also request approval for your hold/witness points checklist.

Tips for Users:
- You can update the checklist on the App as you check and verify the inspection points as assigned by your Project Administrator. See Check and Verify Inspection Points / Check and Verify Inspection Points (D)
- You can also create approvals from the checklist register for Hold/Witness Point inspections. See Request Approval for Inspection / Request Approval for Inspection (D).
- You can change an Approver in an Approval Request that has been sent out. See Change an Approver in an Approval Request / Change an Approver in an Approval Request (D).
- There is an option to change the current status of an approval request such that it reverts to its previous status. In CivilPro, this is known as Short Circuit an Approval and can happen for various reasons, for example, an approval has been rejected in error and needs to be rectified. See Short Circuit an Approval (Revert to Previous Status) / Short Circuit an Approval (Revert to Previous Status) (D)
